Yup. I did this today. YES.
Only a few changes:
1) I did the 10 minute run first. Because I hate running I need to get that out of the way before I get even remotely tired or I won’t do it.
2) Instead of the 80 and 40 squats, I did 40 and 20 squats and subbed in 40 and 20 plies in second position.
I stretched forever after and my legs are still feeling like rocks. So I might treat myself to a soak tonight in the bathtub and call tomorrow a Yoga day to release all my muscles.
But YES to two days in a row of running! These are major steps for me.
